RESERVATION POLICY

  • Check-In Time 12:00 PM | Check-Out Time 11:00 AM

  • Each booking request will be accepted after replying to you and arrange all the details.

  • For the payment we will need a deposit of 30%. After your reservation we will contact you in order to send you the bank details for the money transfer. The reservation will be finally valid after sending us the receipt of the payment. 

  • Check-In Time: 12:00 - 22:00     Check-Out Time: 10:00     

  • The Check-in and Check-out schedule is flexible depending the availability. Please let us know for your plans.

  •  Rooms not occupied by 22:00 hours will be seen as No-Show, unless prior arrangement has been made. 

  • It is mandatory for all guests to produce a valid identity document upon check-in.

  •  Guests checking into the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. 

  •  Upon check-in, all guests must register through a guest registration form. 

  • Please note that any change in the guest’s reservation may change the rate and/or require payment of cancellation fees. 

  • In the price accomodation tax (0.5€ per night) is included.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your reservation with us. In the event that you need to cancel your booking, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund your deposit in full.

  • If you cancel less than 30 days to your scheduled arrival date, the deposit of 30% will be non-refundable.

Please note that any cancellation requests must be made in writing by email. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request and the refund amount, if applicable, within 48 hours of receiving your request.
